E.g. Improving concerns regarding littering & waste management, providing colourful planting and information banners, enhanced pavement cleaning, improving problems regarding crime, anti-social behaviour, shoplifting & loitering and organising a series of town centre events, promotional activities and high quality markets.
To ensure Sidcup businesses and attractions and strengths are well known, understood and promoted, and that they have a clear voice and key role in the development of Sidcup.
E.g. Providing an on-line & printed business & cultural directory, promotion of offers and discounts, regular promotions such as themed weeks and ‘shop local’ scheme, networking events, review parking provisions to include cyclists.
To Support Sidcup businesses and attract new workers and business to Sidcup.
E.g. A subsidised re-cycling service, joint procurement opportunities, assistance on matters related to the public realm and the trading environment and creating a coherent approach to supporting the evening economy.
