Sue is the Senior Partner at Your Move Petty Freeman with both MARLA and MNAEA qualifications she is the Chairman of Sidcup Partners Ltd and has lived and worked in the Sidcup area for over 20 years. Deputy Chairman of the PTA at Our Lady of the Rosary School Sidcup.

Prior to working here Sue worked in London at lloyds Bank for 16 years before leaving to start a family. Family life is very important to Sue “I’m blessed in having a wonderful family to support me.”

Sue enjoys spending time with family, holidays, reading and cooking.

Sue is committed in continuing to make Sidcup a safe and happy environment for her grandsons to grow up in.

Dominic was educated at Kingswood House Preparatory School, Epsom and Bedales School, Hampshire. He also attended College Stanislas, Paris. Dominic graduated from King Alfred’s College, Winchester where he majored in modern foreign languages.

In 1988 he successfully completed his MBA in Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations at City University Business School, London (now Cass Business School). Dominic has worked in education for over thirty years and has been a headmaster of Merton Court School, a 320 pupil Co-ed prep school in Sidcup for over twenty years and became proprietor in 2016.

The school has sponsored events regularly in Sidcup and has actively championed the Bid as a way of making Sidcup a better place to work and live.

Dominic has been a past Chairman of the South East London fundraising branch of the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. He is Past President of Sidcup Round Table and a current member of Sidcup 41 Club. He served on the Mayor of Bexley’s Charity Fundraising Committee 2013/14 and has lived in Sidcup for 29 years.

Liz owns and runs The Hackney Carriage located in Station Road since starting the business five years ago in her late 40s. She acclaims her personal attributes to a very loyal and approachable person and always tries to help others as much as she can. 

Liz is a mother and wife who loves to keep busy. She is a positive person and always looks at the glass being half full. Liz has a keen interest in meeting new people and travelling.

With more than 15 years’ experience in online media advertising, Richard has worked with a range of national companies such as 118 Media, Touch Local and BT during his professional career.

In 2010, Richard took the step to go it alone by launching his own digital agency designed to help businesses advertise themselves more effectively through the creation of responsive design websites and online marketing techniques.

In 2014 Richard opened Resknowas a walk-in studio on Sidcup High Street – providing local businesses with a Google affiliated, one-stop-shop for all digital marketing, branding, design and print solutions.

As a passionate member of Sidcup Partners, Richard supports various local events, such as Lark in the Park, as well as raising money for charities such as Cancer Research UK.

Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, keeping fit at his local David Lloyd, and playing cricket for his local team – which he has been a member of for the past 30 years!

He worked closely with the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education to advance leadership in specialist institutions and has held positions at specialist institutions in South Africa, the Netherlands and the UK. He is known for his work on representation and frequently writes and presents on the topic.

He joined Rose Bruford College from Leeds Arts University where he was Pro-Vice-Chancellor Academic with responsibility for research, postgraduate development and internationalisation.

The Fold

BID DIRECTOR

With 14 years of experience working in retail & hospitality, Joey now owns and runs The Fold based on Sidcup High Street which opened towards the end of 2022. He has always lived in Sidcup and is keen to support the local area and community wherever possible to make the area a better place to live, work and socialise.

The first decade of his career was spent working across a number of roles for Marks & Spencer and he has plenty of experience in customer service, payment technology and business transformation.
