We are pleased to announce a Mental Health First Aid Course provided by a fully qualified professional.

A one day course – MHFA Champions
The course is an awareness and skills course which will teach you to;
- Recognise the main signs and symptoms of common mental health issues
- Provide initial support
- Guide a person towards appropriate professional help
- Be mindful of your own wellbeing
- Develop an understanding of how you can create and maintain a healthier workforce or community
If you are a Sidcup Partners BID levy payer the course will be free. For non levy payers the cost is £100 and is subject to availability. Free places will be offered on a first come basis.
