IAPT (Talking therapies) – We are still providing counselling and CBT via telephone, video calls (zoom) or online therapy. Individuals struggling with anxiety or depression can self-refer to our service/referrals accepted from GPs – https://mindinbexley.org.uk/talking-therapies

Recovery college – Offering befriending, weekly check in calls and a digital timetable with an array of online courses and workshops to improve wellbeing. Please find the timetable here – https://mindinbexley.org.uk/recovery-college

Wellbeing Line – Mind in Bexley now have a wellbeing line! If somebody needs to talk to somebody about how they are feeling or struggling with their mental health they can call us. We are open Monday – Friday 9am-6pm. The number is 0203 912 0048.

Crisis café – Our crisis café remains open Monday-Sunday 6pm-10pm. If anybody in the borough is emotionally distressed and needs to speak to somebody we are there for them. However, If presenting covid-19 symptoms we ask not to attend and to call Samaritans 116 113 or 111 to discuss health – https://mindinbexley.org.uk/crisis-cafe
