Coplan Estates (SIdcup) Ltd are intending to seek planning permission for building on the site of the Co Op at 124 Station Road, Sidcup and the adjacent car park.
The proposed plan is for 136 apartments in three high rise separate blocks. In recent years Sidcup has seen vast development and many high rise buildings in the same vicinity.
