The Bexley Local Care Partnership is supporting GP Practices and Primary Care Networks

The Bexley Local Care Partnership is supporting GP Practices and Primary Care Networks in engaging with patients and their carers on improving access and understanding of primary care services. This is new national NHS England Programme is called Enhanced Access. It requires GP practices to work together in their Primary Care Networks to deliver an improved model for accessing primary care services, which take place outside of standard GP Practices hours: mornings, evenings, and weekends. Working with GP Practices and Primary Care Networks, we have developed this short survey to capture local views on possible improvements to these services. The survey will close on Thursday 21st July 2022 at 9:00am.

We are seeking view from patients and their carers registered with GP Practices in Bexley and would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to answer the questions and share your opinions on the plans – www.bit.ly/BexleyEA22
