The Kickstart Programme
We have a new member of our team. Josh joined us as part of the kickstart programme in February. He is enjoying his role within the BID team. The Kickstart scheme delivers funding for employers offering new job roles for 16–24-year-olds who currently receive Universal Credit and are at risk of long-term unemployment. The funding we are receiving covers 100% of the national minimum wage for 25 hours per week for a total of six months. It also covers national insurance contributions and pension.
